Probation Hold

1. Why do I have it?

A probation hold is placed on your account when your cumulative AND semester GPA are below a 2.0. UVU considers a 2.0 (C average) to be in good standing. In order to graduate from UVU, you must have at least a 2.0.

2. How do I remove it?

1. You must complete the Academic Success Probation Workshop. You can complete it three ways: online, on campus, or workbook.
2. After completing the workshop, you need to meet with your Academic Advisor. Find your advisor. After discussing the workshop, your advisor will release the hold.
