Probation Hold
1. Why do I have it?
A probation hold is placed on your account when your cumulative AND semester GPA are below a 2.0. UVU considers a 2.0 (C average) to be in good standing. In order to graduate from UVU, you must have at least a 2.0.
2. How do I remove it?
1. You must complete the Academic Success Probation Workshop. You can complete it three ways: online, on campus, or workbook.
2. After completing the workshop, you need to meet with your Academic Advisor. To find out who your advisor is click here. After discussing the workshop, your advisor will release the hold.
