I am aware that this information is CONFIDENTIAL, and that if I discuss/disclose this personal information with/to anyone other than the student/tutee, or a supervisor, it will result in termination from the program and may be punishable by law.

All New Volunteer Tutors must attend a tutor training seminar TBA.
