Application Information
Important notes:
- A $35 application fee must be paid with a credit card/debit card or check at the time of submission.
- Within 2 business days after your application is submitted you will receive an application receipt letter by email.
- The letter and information will list the required documents you must submit to be admitted to UVU.
- Print the letter and Getting Started for future reference as you will not receive these items by postal mail.
- The Application deadline is August 1st for the Fall semester and December 1st for the Spring semester,
after these dates a $100 late will be charged until the the first day of the semester. After the first day of the semester
applications will not be accepted. - Official High School Transcript.
- ACT/SAT all applicants under the age of 24 are required to submit an ACT or SAT score.
Here is a list of some items you need to have available to complete the application process:
- Social Security number - please be certain you enter it correctly, it will no longer be used as your student id and you should not be asked to give your number at any other time.
- Drivers License number
- Current Mailing Address
- High School Information - years attended, graduation date, etc.
- ACT or SAT scores are required if you have not turned them in prior to leaving UVU. Learn more about ACT/SAT Test Scores.
