Application Information

Welcome back to UVU. Listed below are some items you need to have available to complete the application process:

• Social Security number - please be certain you enter your SSN correctly
• Drivers License number
• High School Information - years attended, graduation date, etc.
• College Information - dates of attendance from previous college(s)
• ACT or SAT scores are required for all applicants under the age of 20. Learn more about ACT/SAT Test Scores.

Getting Readmitted to UVU

Upon submission of the online application, you will receive an electronic response with general information and instructions.  Within 2 business days your application will be processed and you will receive an email listing any remaining admissions requirements or your acceptance for the application semester. Included in the email will be an information guide outlining the steps that must be completed before you are eligible for registration. To be considered a Readmit student, you must have attended UVU for a previous semester, but it has been more than one year since your last enrollment.  Concurrent Enrollment students are required to complete a Returning/Readmit application to attend UVU after high school graduation, once the application has been reviewed the applicant may be reclassified as a Freshman or Transfer student.

If you are a naturalized citizen, citizen born outside the United States, permanent resident, or on a non F or J Visa; you will need to submit proof of Citizenship, Resident Alien Card, or a copy of your Visa to establish Utah Residency.
