Skill Development Workshops

Skill Development Workshops are sessions primarily for advisor development and not to learn a specific skill. The topics for these sessions focus on areas such as advising best practices, advising theory, innovations in advising practice, important trends in advising and personal and professional advisor development. Skill Development Workshops are typically developed and presented by the Advisor Training and Development department staff, often in collaboration with advisors on campus.
