Aviation Registration

Tuition & Fees

Tuition costs will vary depending on the student's status. Utah residents and all students currently living within the state of Utah and/or utilizing UVU for flight training and/or on-campus courses must refer to www.uvu.edu for current tuition rates. These rates will vary depeding on residency status.

Non-resident students living outside the state of Utah, or those living in Utah but not using UVU facilities can refer to the table below to determine tuition costs.

Please note that tuition costs are subject to change.

$222 per credit (Fees increase slightly with increased # of credits)	$183 per credit

All students register for their online or traditional courses using the UVLink system. Non-residents of Utah, who plan on taking online courses only, please contact the Student Support Center at the number below for specific instructions. It is crucial that you follow certain steps in UVLink in order to be charged the correct tuition rate. If you have any questions about how to register please contact the Student Support Center.

Returning students who have not registered for UVU courses for 1 year or more must fill out a new application for admission before registering. No application fee will be charged.

Course Access

Aviation courses and General Education courses are accessed through separate websites.

AVIATION COURSES

You are responsible for ensuring that you are registered for the appropriate courses and that you receive access to them. Access will not be granted prior to the first day of the semester or block.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your tuition is paid prior to the purge date, otherwise your courses will be dropped for non-payment. To see these important semester dates, visit UVU's schedule page.

To access your online aviation courses, click the "Online" link, then select "Go to Class". You will be required to enter your username & password. Your Username is your UVID number and your password is your birthdate in six-digit format (mmddyy). If you have any problems accessing your aviation courses, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

GENERAL EDUCATION COURSES

Non-Aviation courses are managed by the UVU Distance Education Department. You are granted access to these courses on the first day of the semester or block. For information on accessing these courses, please go to their website or contact them at phone number listed below.

Add / Drop Courses

Occasionally, students may need to make adjustments to their schedule after registering for courses. This is accomplished on the UV Link system. To learn more about making adjustments to your schedule, visit the Add/Drop Courses page.

 

Tuition Payment

After you have registered for your courses, it will take 2-3 business days for processing. Once processed, your tuition balance will be due. Follow the instructions below for your payment method. We recommend paying by WebCheck (an electronic charge to a checking account) in order to expedite the payment process.

Credit Card/Debit Card
You can pay online by using the UVLink system. Credit card payments (American Express, Discover, and MasterCard) will be processed by a third-party vendor who will assess a 2.75% convenience fee to the cardholder. VISA-branded credit cards are not accepted by the third-party processor.

Click here to login to UVLink, then follow the instructions below.

1. Enter your UVID and password in the appropriate fields
2. Click the yellow "Student" tab
3. Under "Student Financial Services" click "Tuition Payment"
4. Under your course list, click "Credit Card Payment"
5. Fill out the necessary information, then click "Submit Payment"

Check

• Make check payable to Utah Valley University
• Include the student's UVID number and note what payment is for.
• Mail check to:

Financial Aid
It is important that you complete the application process for financial aid by the priority deadlines. These can be found by clicking the Financial Aid tab above. If you do not meet the first priority deadline for the semester, your funding may arrive later than preferred. You can check your financial aid status on UVLink.
