MSU TO UVU STUDENT TRANSFER GUIDE
Three Step Quickstart
Complete these three steps as soon as possible. IMPORTANT: The deadline for students applying to UVU for the Fall 2012 semester is AUGUST 15, 2012 (Deadline Extended).
UVU will cover the application fee for potentially displaced Mountain State University students and MSU has waived the transcript fee! This eliminates any cost to you to get these three time critical steps accomplished immediately.
Apply Using Paper Form (Before August 15th)
Fill out the UVU transfer student admissions application and submit by fax to 801-863-8913 or email a digital version to
burtonry@uvu.edu.
DO NOT submit payment. *
Request Fee Waiver
Due August 15th
Click on this MSU transfer student link to provide your name and contact information to receive the waiver of the admissions application. This step must be completed so we identify you as transferring MSU student who is eligible to have the application fee waived.
Request MSU Transcripts
As Soon as Possible
At this time, MSU has stated that "students interested in transferring to another institution can request official transcripts free of charge. To have your transcripts sent from Mountain State University to UVU, click here.
