A
- Airplanes rent hourly, this means when the engine is running. Q - Do I need to talk to someone before I can fly? A - Yes, all students need to speak with an advisor in our department prior to enrolling in any flight program. Advisors can answer questions and give an overview of student training. Q - Can I take an introduction flight before committing to the program?
A
- Of course! One of our instructors can take any potential student up in one of our training aircraft. They will demonstrate the basics of flying, allow the student to take the controls in flight, and answer any questions about the program. Q - Is a college degree necessary to make flying a career?
A
- That depends on the students' career goals. If a student wants to fly for a major airline, then a 4-year college degree is highly recommended. |
