Our mission as the senior class of UVU's Culinary Arts Institute students is to prepare and serve distinguished food by learning and achieving excellence in our craft. We will accomplish this goal through teamwork, respect, and efficiency while demonstrating true hospitality while having fun.
Throughout the semester our menu will change frequently. This allows us the widest range of experiences, while allowing our students to take advantage of the freshest seafood, the best produce, and the finest meats on the market. All menus are planned by Culinary Arts students and are prepared and served under the supervision of a Chef / Instructor.
During the semester, the class will be exploring foods from around the world. Students research assigned regions and develop recipes and menus based on traditional methods and foods. We strive to be as authentic as possible, but at times certain liberties are taken.

Thursdays 6 PM - 6:30 PM
Fridays 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
If you leave a message for a reservation, please leave your name, your phone number, the number of people in your party and an approximate reservation time. Please expect a call back to confirm your reservation.
We are located on the main floor of the UCCU Center
800 West University Parkway, Orem
Reservations for the upcoming weeks cuisine will be open on a first come first serve basis beginning on the Monday of the week you would like to join us. Our guests who join us on Thursday or Friday will have first priority to make reservations for the upcoming week.
If you wish to make multiple/standing reservations a credit card number will be required. All cancellations or changes for standing reservations must be made within 48 hours to allow us to fill the table.
18% gratuity may be added to all parties of 8 or larger.
