Student Competition Club
Competitions are a large part of learning at the CAI. So we are starting a Culinary based competitions club. Chef Todd will be the club advisor. Chef Peter will be an assistant, as will past graduates and competition medalists. More details regarding the “CLUB” will follow in another email to be sent within the next several days. However:
The ACF student team state competition and the ACF Student Chef of the Year State elimination competition is rapidly approaching, so we need to get moving.
Therefore, the CAI will be holding competition tryouts / evaluations in the upcoming weeks for team members and competitors. It is open to all CAI students who are interested in competing at any point during the year. A list of other teams and competitions is outlined below as well. Candidates who “try-out” and participate will have a great advantage when it comes to actually compete. ALL are welcome.... Don’t under estimate your potential. This is a great opportunity.
