Removing "Academic Standing" Holds

"Academic Warning" 
 This hold is removed by completing the online workshop and contacting your major advisor.

"Academic Probation"
This hold is removed by attending a free workshop or completing the Academic Success Workbook (purchased from the Career and Academic Counseling Center).
 You will need to see your major advisor to release this hold

"Continued Probation"
 This hold requires completion of a Mid-term Grade Report  (pdf) form which you will submit to your instructors and return to an Academic Support Counselor in the CACC.
 This form will help you monitor your progress towards repairing your GPA, and get you back on the road to good academic standing.
