UVU Aviation Nametag

All UVU Aviation Students are required to have an UVU Aviation Nametag
First nametag is free, Replacements are $20.

To obtain the UVU Aviation Nametag:

• Students must be currently enrolled in the UVU Aviation Program classes
• Must have some form of US Government issued photo ID

This nametag can be used as an UVU ID Card; however, UTA bus pass is not available for activation on this card.  Students need a UV OneCard or UV PlusCard for that privilege.

Hard protective covers that attach to the Aviation lanyards can be purchased at Campus Connection for $2.
