UVU Aviation Nametags for Certified Flight Instructors and/or Employees

All UVU Aviation CFIs and/or Employees who fly must have a Global Aviation Science Degree Nametag.

To get the nametag,

• The nametag is $5 for the first one, $20 for any replacement
• Take verifiction of Employment and government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or UVU ID) to Campus Connection

****Do not punch holes in your nametags!  You can purchase a protective hardcover at Campus Connection for $2.
