1098-T

The form 1098-T is a Tuition Payments Statement for the purpose of determining a student's eligibility for the Hope and Lifetime Learning education tax credits.

Utah Valley University does not mail out 1098T forms.

A student may obtain a 1098T form through their UVLINK account.

• Log into UVLINK
• Under the Student tab, select Student Services & Financial Aid
• Click on Student Records
• Click on Tax Notification
• Enter the year and click Submit
