Utah Valley University is dedicated to preparing future generations of citizens and leaders in all fields with a practical understanding of political and economic thought essential to the perpetuation of constitutional government and ordered liberty. With this in mind, it is my pleasure to introduce to you one of Utah Valley University’s exciting new academic institutes—The Center for Constitutional Studies. It is our goal that it will become one of the preeminent centers of its kind.

President Holland contributes to the Center, as his busy schedule allows, guest lecturing and speaking on issues relating to political philosophy and American political thought.
