RECRUITING EVENTS

We provide several recruiting fairs and related activities that connect UVU's quality    students with excellent internship, career and part-time job opportunities.

• FALL/SPRING CAREER & INTERNSHIP FAIRS These are the biggest fairs we host on campus. The large number of high-quality employers offering excellent career opportunities attracts large crowds.

• FALL PART-TIME JOB FAIR Hallways are lined with employers recruiting students as they walk to classes.

• SUMMER PART-TIME JOB FAIR This fair is designed to accomodate students looking for summer employment.

• HALL OF FLAGS Recruiting tables are available throughout the school year in high-traffic areas to help you easily contact a large number of students in a short time. We provide tables in the Hall of Flags for employers looking to hire. These are commonly part-time, student jobs.

ON CAMPUS INTERVIEWING

We provide services for interviews to be conducted on campus such as:

      • Providing the interview rooms
      • Help get the word out to students
      • Help with signups through the UV Job Board. 

INFORMATION SESSIONS

Set up a time to come on campus and meet with students about your company. Let them know what you are wanting in an employee and how they can prepare to meet your requirements. Share what is exciting in your industry. In this setting, it is easy to get to know our students and   identify prospective employees.

Bring pizza and pop, or any other food and you'll increase attendance, as well as be oh-so-appreciated by the students!
