Student Complaint Process

A formal complaint should be submitted in writing via email or postal mail to: Attn: Community and Continuing Education Customer Service, Complaints, UVU Community and Continuing Education, 800 W University Parkway, MS 147, Orem, UT, 84058.
A good faith effort will be made to resolve complaints within two weeks after the receipt of written notification of the complaint. If resolution is not achieved in a timely or satisfactory way, please contact Senior Director Diana Hunter at diana.hunter@uvu.edu or call 801-863-8005.
If the above methods do not result in a satisfactory resolution, you may wish to contact the UVU Student Ombudsman. UVU policies, grievance procedures, and appeal procedures apply to student rights and responsibilities. More information is available on the Judicial Affairs website. You can contact the Director of Judicial Affairs at 801-863-8665 or visit their office located in the Student Center, room SC 107.
