Free Parking and Maps:
-Since school is not in session at this time you are free to park anywhere in the lots near the library. The SLAM Conference will be in the Sorensen Center (SC) and nearby buildings. It would be best to park near the Library (LI) and walk through the Liberal Arts (LA), Physical Education (PE), Science Building (SB) and on through to the SC. There will be signs and volunteers along the way to help. Click here for maps.

Construction:
-Due to construction on the new student center you will need to access the Sorensen Student Center through the Liberal Arts Building (show arrows). There will be volunteers present to guide you to the registration tables in the Sorensen Student Center.

Hotel:
-If you wish to spend the night in a hotel, there is a La Quinta Inn and Hampton Inn across University Parkway within one to two blocks of the UVU campus. If you need hotel accommodations please explore the best option for your circumstances.

Food:
-Lunch will be provided as part of your conference fee. If you need additional food, UVU has a fairly wide range of food options in the student food court area, both on the main and second floors. Also, in the PE Building (just beyond the Liberal Arts Building) you will see a Jamba Juice and other vending areas with a wide range of snacks.

Wi-fi Internet Access:
-If you are a non-UVU student and you’d like to access the wi-fi, we’ve made arrangements for a visitor login which will be provided to you upon check-in on the day the conference.
