Assistant Professor, Department of Philosophies & Humanities

Eric Stencil holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and history from Bowling Green State University. He has been an assistant professor of philosophy at UVU since 2012, and began his career at the Templeton Dissertation Fellowship in Early Modern Philosophy, Center for Philosophy of Religion, University of Notre Dame (2011–2012).
