Research Fellowship (RF)
The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is committed to its researchers and is actively engaged in their scholarly development. Creating opportunities for external funding and professional growth, while recognizing sustained research and creative activity, are at the core of our activities.
The Research Fellowship (RF) is an annual internal grant competition to support research efforts by members of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. The grant is tenable for 12 months with the obligation to provide the Dean with a final report of completed research activities. CHSS recognizes that the ability to attain external funding is becoming an increasingly important component of a successful academic career, and would like to provide research funding to scholars who are beginning new projects or may need to reinvigorate their research profile.
