Computer Shop

UVU has established procedures and standards for the purchase of desktops and laptop computers in order to realize cost savings in volume purchasing and reduce the number of configurations that need to be supported. Orders placed using this system will generate a requisition that will need to be approved. Computer's will be delivered to the area tech that is responsible for the area that the computers were ordered. Thru this online ordering system, you can order complete systems and a variety of parts and peripherals.

Computer Shop Year End Purchasing Deadlines

As this fiscal year reaches a close, many of you are evaluating your budgets and planning procurements. In order to provide the high level of customer support you expect from the Computer Shop, we would like to provide the following deadlines for certain types of procurement.

May 19, 2014 – All requests for more than 10 computer systems must be submitted online and approved prior to this date.
June 2, 2014 – All requests for computer systems and/or laptops must be submitted online and approved prior to this date.
June 16, 2014 – All requests for computer parts must be submitted online and approved prior to this date.
June 27 & 30, 2014 – Computer Shop will be closed for inventory.
Orders that are received after the deadlines above will be held and processed in the new fiscal year.    Thanks!
