Warranty Service Information
Computer hardware support and repairs should be coordinated thru your Area Technician.
All campus computers should have a 3 yr warranty. Warranty terms, conditions and coverage varies from vendor to vendor.
The following information is provide for the benefit for Area Technicians.
- Lenovo and Apple computers needing warranty service can be taken to the Help Desk,
- For warranty work on desktop computers built by the Computer Shop submit a work order in Magic.
- For Dell warranty service, contact Dell.
