Grant Application

* Grant must clearly state how the approved funds will be used to benefit Concurrent Enrollment students.

* Approved grants will require a summary report that describe the learning outcomes of the approved project, how the learning outcomes will be assessed and measured.

* Approved Purchase Orders must be submitted to UVU before July 1st.

* Grant requests should not exceed $5,000 without prior approval.

* Grants requesting equipment or books will be given lower priority.

* Grant recipients will only be eligible for funding awards every other year.
