Faculty/Advisor Checklist


  1. Read the mission statement and become familiar with the history , appropriate uses , and other information available on the web site.
  2. Check the calendar for availability of the dates you are considering.
  3. Become familiar with the fee schedule for charges that your group will be invoiced.
  4. Complete the reservation request form and submit it to crfs@uvu.edu
  5. Have each of the students participating in the crfs visit carefully read and sign the visitor guidelines . Each participant must sign the agreement (this includes students and faculty). Then you will collect them and give them to the crfs site manager upon arrival.
  6. Each UVU student must sign a waiver . These will need to be in your possession as you check into the station.
  7. You will receive an invoice and confirmation from crfs when your activity has been approved.
  8. Become familiar with the directions to the field station and the warnings about inclement weather.
  9. Contact the site manager about final arrangements for your expected arrival time.

  • Have UVU students read and sign UVU waiver.
  • Make arrangements with the site manager for arrival.
