E. Describe the adequacy of the resources and the atmosphere provided by the upper administration for the program to function effectively with the rest of the institution.

The resources that we have available to us and each student are above adequate. During the past year all of the specialized equipment that the faculty has requested has been approved. Approximately two years ago the administration was able to acquire additional monies so we can now offer a more competitive wage to the newly hired faculty. In doing this the administration also raised the current faculty wages to be more in line with the newly hired faculty. This has greatly improved the atmosphere between administration and the department.
