C. Discuss and assess the adequacy of faculty offices to enable faculty to meet their responsibilities to students and for their professional needs.

Each faculty office is equipped with a new Dell laptop computer, Hewlett Packard laser printer, and at least one server. Each faculty member has requested individualized equipment of which every request this year was granted. Every faculty member has their own private office within the CS suite of offices. We moved into these brand new offices as well as the brand new building in August of 2001. There is room in each office for two guest chairs so the students can talk comfortable with each faculty member. Each faculty member is required to have at least five hours each week dedicated to office hours, when the students can come by and get additional help if it is needed. These hours are listed in their syllabi as well as just outside the department office.
