BS in Biotechnology in cooperation with Salt Lake Community College (SLCC)
UVU is now offering a a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology degree through extension at the Salt Lake Community College Jordan Campus Fall Semester 2007. It is now available to students who have completed the required lower division and general education courses through the Biotechnology program at Salt Lake Community College. Students who enroll in this program are Utah Valley University students, and will pay Utah Valley University tuition and fees for their upper division (UVU) courses, offered on the SLCC Jordan campus. While completing their course work at SLCC, they will be provided with the necessary student services through SLCC, the SLCC University Center and UVU.
The program began on the UVU Orem campus with first year courses in the Fall of 2008. Upper division courses in support of the program are offered on both campus.
