Our Clinic was established in 1998 to serve the community and give our students true clinic experience. Trained professionals are on duty during all hours of operation. Spanish-speaking clinicians are available.

Our expanded, and newly remodeled, state of the art clinic is located at:

We provide services to all members of our community; seniors, adults and children by appointment.  To schedule an appointment, call 801-863-7608.

• X-Rays
• Cleaning
• Sealants
• Fluoride
• Cancer Screening
• Home Care and Instruction

Fees are $25 for the general public, $15 for faculty, staff and students of colleges and universities and $15 for children (ages 3-17).
