Information for Transfer Students

UVU accepts credits from regionally accredited Colleges/Universities as long as the courses taken were college level and completed with C- grades or better. After you have been admitted to UVU, have official transcripts (in a sealed envelope from the transfer institution and less than 6 months old) from all prior institutions mailed to:

Utah Valley University
Attention: Admissions Office
800 West University Parkway
Orem, UT 84058-5999

Once UVU has received and evaluated a student's official transcript from another college (usually within 2-4 weeks), the student may find out how their credits have been accepted through UVLink. UVLink will display transfer credit that has been awarded up to the current moment. It is recommended to meet with an advisor to check what requirements have been fulfilled by your transfer classes. Further information is available online at: http://www.uvu.edu/transfer/.
