BA/BS in Physical Education & Recreation
The new Physical Education and Recreation bachelor's degree is Outdoor Recreation Management. Students completing this degree are qualified to become park interpreters, resort recreation directors, corporate recreation managers, or community recreation directors. Supported by a strong background in recreation theory, with courses like Outdoor Leadership and Recreation Risk Management, students also choose from a variety of land and water-based skills courses, including avalanche awareness, off-road cycling, scuba diving and whitewater kayaking.
