 Application Jump Start Conference  conf


The purpose of this conference is to literally give students a jump start on their application process! You should be able to walk away with the following completed: a rough draft of your letter request information, an outline of your personal statement, and a start on what will need to be filled out on your application when it opens.

     
  • When: Saturday, January 21, 2012
  • Where: UVU-Wasatch Campus
  • Who: Any Student applying to the following Pre-Health programs in 2012: Medical, Dental, PA, PT, OT, Pharmacy, Optometry, Podiatry, & Veterinarian
  • Cost: $5 to cover cost of food
  • Food: Breakfast & Lunch will be served

Schedule of Events
9:00-10:00 am: Check-in/ Breakfast
10:00-10:50 am: Opening Speakers
11:00-12:30 pm: Applications-AMCAS, AACOMAS, AADSAS, CASPA, PTCAS, PharmCAS, etc.
12:40-1:30 pm: Letters of Recommendation & Letter Services
1:30-2:30 pm: Lunch
2:30-4:00 pm: Personal Statements & Secondaries
