Graduates from the Building Construction program (one-year certificate) are prepared to read architectural drawings, lay-out framing, frame walls, roofs, and stairs, shingle roofs, apply siding, install doors, windows, and interior trim.

Graduates of the two-year Construction Management program are prepared for employment as construction foremen, job superintendents, project managers, or general contractors. Construction Management requires an Associate in Applied Science Degree.
