Amy Bond grew up in Kirtland, New Mexico as the youngest of seven children. She graduated from Kirtland Central High School and enrolled at San Juan College in Farmington, NM. Her husband received a job opportunity in Utah County and so she packed up and made a new start here in the valley. She decided to go back to school and enrolled at UVU because of its willingness to accept non-traditional students. She earned her Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Behavioral Science. She continues to attend UVU working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has a passion for understanding the psychology of human behavior and using this knowledge to improve the lives of those around her. She has also found this knowledge useful for her current job of Prospect Research.
In her free time, Amy loves spending time with her three children and her husband Brian. She also loves to read, play the piano, sing, and enjoying nature whether by camping, taking walks, running, or just sitting outside reading a good book.
