Biography - Director of Events & Communications

Jessica Ballard is a public relations and marketing professional with over five years of experience in the non-profit and performing arts industries.

She was formerly with the American Red Cross in Utah as the special events and corporate relations manager developing major fundraisers, community events, and donor cultivation opportunities.

She is the vice president of public relations for the Utah Women’s Alliance for Building Community and an advisory board member for Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company. Other group affiliations include the Public Relations Society of America, International Association of Business Communicators, Utah Society of Fundraisers, and the Social Media Club of Salt Lake City.

Jessica has a B.A. in communication and is currently pursuing her master of professional communication degree from Westminster College with an emphasis in public relations and new media technology.
