Biography - Alumni Intern

Shane Ivie is currently a student at Utah Valley University majoring in mathematics education. Due to his great love of UVU and his desire to improve the school, he is currently serving as the student alumni president and served as a director on the Alumni Board during the last school year.

He started working as the intern of alumni relations in April of 2011. He is responsible for maintaining and updating social media sites for Alumni Relations and the Student Alumni Association.

Shane is a Utah native who has spent most of his life residing in Orem. He enjoys the outdoors, camping, fishing, kicking, paintballing, and sports. He also enjoys being challenged and receiving tasks that help him stretch his understanding.
