CNS - ACM Machine Tech Scholarship
Tech & Computing- Recipient must not have other scholarship awards.
- Recipient must be a declared CSIS major.
- If the Recipient is working on a two-year degree, he/she must have completed at least one year of course work prior to the semester for which the scholarship is awarded.
- If the Recipient is working on a four-year degree, he/she must have completed at least two years of course work prior to the semester for which the scholarship is awarded.
- Recipient may be a resident or non-resident of Utah.
- Recipient must maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA.
- Recipient must be a member of the UVU Student Chapter of the ACM one semester prior to the award.
- Recipient must write and submit a letter indicating his/her:
- Contribution to the goals of the Student Chapter of the ACM
- Participation in chapter activities
- Service to the community at large, representing UVU and/or the AMC student chapter
- Financial need
