Central Utah Clinic Foundation Scholarship
Nursing- Recipient must be enrolled in the Nursing Program.
- Recipient must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Recipient must demonstrate financial need.
- Recipient must submit a letter of intent (1 page min; 2 page max) that should include goals/plans for their career in nursing.
- Recipient must submit three letters of reference (from community members, employers, etc.)
- Recipient must have show commitment to community service.
