Highland Water Company Heritage Endowed Scholarship
General- Priority consideration will be given to residents of Highland City (either the student or his/her parents must be a resident), or an employee of Highland City that is continuing his/her education.
- Priority consideration will be given to students who demonstrate financial need.
- Priority consideration will be given to students studying health and health care studies, environmental and water related studies, or fire sciences.
