1. Recipient must be enrolled in the UVU Aviation program
2. Recipient must be taking classes on UVU campus (not extended education courses)
3. Recipient must have completed instrument rating
4. Full time student with GPA 3.5
5. 2 year scholarship awarded to a junior and renewable as a senior if criteria is maintained
