General- Student recipient shall have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Recipient shall have or be a current candidate for a bachelor's degree.
- Preference is given to female UVU students that are reasonably considered good candidates for law school. If no female students are available the scholarship selection committee will decide how to proceed with the scholarship during that year.
