I attended UVU in the early '70s , majoring in Business Management. While going to school I worked at Robert Redford's Sundance Resort. Upon completion of college, I went full time where I worked for the next 6 years. I then went on to become Head Chef at the Carbon Country Club. I later owned and operated my own restaurant, the Sunset Inn in Nephi for ten years. I later operated other restaurants in the southern Wasatch Front area for many years, as well working in food sales. Since joining the UVU management staff in 2001, I have enjoyed tremendously working with students, faculty, staff and our off campus guests.
