My experience in food services spans over many years and many regions. I attended Brigham Young University and received my Bachelor degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Before coming to UVU, I had assignments in Colleges and Universities in Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. I worked as a Director of Dietary Departments in three hospitals in California and Utah. In all of my assignments and experiences, none have been as rewarding as being Director over UVU Dining Services.
