UVU Dining Services has a proud tradition of excellent service!

The Dining Services Department is operated by and under the direction of Auxiliary Services in the Sorensen Student Center. The Mission of the department is centered to the Students and their dining enjoyment and benefit. The Centre Courte main food court is located on the main floor of the Sorensen Student Center. With the recent expansion of the Student Center, food options are plentiful.

The CENTRE COURTE has a large variety of retail food options: Sunset Strips, Courte Side Grille, Hogi- Yogi, Teriyaki Stix, Freschetta's Italian Cafe and La Esquina Fresh Mexican food complete the court list. Hours of operation are from 10:00 - 7:30 PM. Summer hours as posted.

Located above the Food Court is an additional dining facility. Named for its exquisite view of the Utah Valley, the Valley View Room offers a more relaxed atmosphere for dining as well offering comprehensive cafeteria selections, including one of the largest self service salad bars in the valley.

The Sorensen Student Center and Catering Services is recognized in the community as the areas finest catering services. It has earned a reputation in outstanding dining service quality for over 25 years. Clientele range from students, administrator, staff personnel, conference groups, weddings, class reunions, and local community interests. The Dining Services Department provides an excellent source of employment opportunities for students and surrounding residents of Orem and Provo.
