Caribbean Feast
Caribbean jerk chicken, smoked Kahlua pork, UVU orange rolls, Caribbean bean and rice salad, a south seas green salad with creamy mango vinaigrette. For dessert, a new take on a classic banana split. Complimented with a great mango or lime drink and ice water.
