Platters of assorted deli meats and cheeses with choices of large croissants, twist rolls or hoagie buns to prepare it on. Condiments include fresh leaf lettuce, mayo, mustard, tomatoes and pickles. Fajita Bar
Includes a 10´´ hand-stretched flour tortilla, one choice of meat; beef OR chicken; sautéed in green, red and yellow peppers and sliced onions, then served with refried beans and Spanish fiesta rice, shredded lettuce, sliced olives, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
