Add in our new UVU tangy dog sauce. Compliment with a Mustard Potato Salad, fresh cut watermelon wedges, a variety of potato chips, assorted cookies, and your choice of assorted sodas or bottled water. |

Sandwich & Salad Buffet
Platters of assorted deli meats and cheeses with choices of large croissants, twist rolls or hoagie buns. Condiments include fresh leaf lettuce, mayo, mustard, tomatoes and pickles. Buffet also includes 2 kinds of salads, variety of chips, cookies or brownies and choice of assorted sodas or bottled waters. (May substitite for Soup & Sandwich Bar OR Soup & Salad Buffet) |
Taco Salad Bar
Includes beef taco meat, hand stretched flour tortilla bowl, refried beans, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, diced onions, sour cream, and guacamole. Also, comes with one per person churros and choice of lemonade. Fiesta Time! |
Fajita Bar
Includes a 10´´ hand-stretched flour tortilla, one choice of meat; beef OR chicken; sautéed in green, red and yellow peppers and sliced onions, then served with refried beans and Spanish fiesta rice, shredded lettuce, sliced olives, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Also comes with one per person cinnamon churro, your choice of lemonade and ice water. (Both meats can be served for $10.25 per person) |

Includes: Piping hot baked potatoes, and great toppings, broccoli & cheese sauce and braized beef tips sauteed in a rich brown sauce.
