Herb roasted chicken and Hickory BBQ pork loin with buttery corn on the cob, hot home-made biscuits, buttered parsley red potatoes, six-item salad bar with dressing, fresh flaky apple pastry turnovers, yellow lemonade and ice water.
Caribbean Feast
Caribbean jerk chicken, smoked Kahlua pork, UVU orange rolls, Caribbean bean and rice salad, a south seas green salad with creamy mango vinaigrette. For dessert, a new take on a classic banana split. Complimented with a great orange mango drink and ice water.

Tropical Island Luau
