Holiday Menu
Available from November 1st thru December 31st
All meals are served with your choice of garden salad and ranch dressing or spinach salad and raspberry vinaigrette, homemade rolls, lemonade and ice water.  See dessert page for something sweet to finish your meal.

Roasted Turkey and Dressing
Slow roasted turkey served with our special apple and sage dressing, fluffy mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and chef's steamed vegetables.

Stuffed Chicken Dinner
Creme Brie & Apple, Pear Dijon, Mushroom Trio Duxelle, or our famous hand-wrapped Cordon Bleu.  Served with rich cream sauce, your choice of potatoes, and steamed garden vegetables.

Pineapple Glazed Ham
Sliced ham served hot with a wonderful pineapple glaze.  Complimented with cheesy au gratin potatoes and a vegetable medley blend.

Grande Buffet
Minimum of 50 people must order.

If you would like your event as a grand buffet style, choose any two meat entrees from the dinner, lunch, or holiday menus.  We will complete the meal with your choice of two starches (potatoes, rice, pasta, etc), two steamed vegetables, three salads, home style dinner rolls with butter and a choice of punch and water.
There is an additional charge of $2.65 per person added to the highest entree price when choosing from 2 entrees.
For each additional meat entree we will add $1.80 to the cost of the two-meat entree buffet

  Orange Glazed Chicken
Boneless tender chicken breast sauteed in chef's special seasonings, then glazed in a tangy-sweet orange sauce.  Served with wild rice and chef's steamed vegetables.

Prime Rib of Beef
8oz cut, seasoned and roased in natural juices to medium well.  Served with Au Jus and horseradish sauce, your choice of potatoes, and chef's vegetable medley blend.
