Steps to Apply

1.  The Project Leader (Faculty/Staff) will use his or her UVID and password to fill out the online application .

2.  Before the application will be submitted each Project Participant must sign off on the terms and conditions (an email will be sent to each project participant notifying them).

3.  After terms and conditions have been accepted by ALL participants, the Project Leader then submits the application.

4.  Project Leader may follow the review process of the application online by logging into your CEL application (For more information please check deadlines ).

5.  After final review of application Project Leader will be notified through an email of whether or not the grant was approved.
