The Utah Valley University Foundation Exceptional Merit Grant Program for Faculty and Staff
 
The Utah Valley University Foundation has allocated $27,000 to underwrite faculty/staff projects on campus that will advance the mission of the university and enhance the creative and nurturing learning environment that enriches our students.   
 
Please note the Foundation has chosen to award these funds as seed money for projects intended to improve the learning atmosphere of UVU. The Foundation’s committee will not fund a specific project more than once. Traditionally, the Foundation does not give stipend for research or tuition and will not fund for travel expenses.
 
Proposals from faculty must be submitted to the Dean and proposals from staff must be submitted to the respective Dean or Vice President no later than Friday, February 12, 2009. After the Dean or VP has reviewed the proposal, ten (10) Copies must be submitted to the Office of Institutional Advancement no later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, 2010.
